Advocacia Portugal Gouvêa acts in international law, especially in investments of Brazilians abroad and assistance to international business.

We have a partnership with financial management offices and banks abroad and several other partners that assist us in assembling structures abroad, always in a safe manner and in accordance with Brazilian law.

We assist our clients who are interested in investing in other countries and change their tax residence to jurisdictions such as Switzerland, Portugal and the United States.

Our activities:

• Preparation and review of international content agreements;
• Preparation of studies on trade barriers (anti-dumping measures, allowances, etc.);
• Monitoring and support in the constitution of international structures for acquisition of real estate in Florida – USA (LLC, offshores, etc);
• Planning of change of tax residence to a foreign country – Golden Visa and tax resident status not usual in Portugal, permit of residence in Switzerland.
